Gift Wrap Booth
Support SPHS Music by Wrapping Gifts at Westfield North County this Holiday Season!
Don’t forget to support the Music Department by not only wrapping gifts but ease your holiday chores at the same time -- have your gifts wrapped at the Gift Wrap Booth! We will be located on the bottom level of Westfield North County Mall inside the former Brookstone storefront near See's Candy and Old Navy (new location). All proceeds directly benefit the students in their endeavors to participate in quality performances.
Gift wrapping dates will begin mid-December through December 24th.
During this fundraiser, parents and students volunteer their time during mall hours to staff the booth and wrap gifts for mall shoppers. There are pre-set prices, and we accept additional donations as well. Volunteers will be trained to take orders and wrap presents, (click here for training videos and see bottom of this page for written instructions).

Important Information about Volunteering:
DATES: Sat Dec. 7th - Sun Dec. 8th, Fri Dec. 13th – Tue Dec. 24th
Shifts are 2-3 hours, and each student is expected to fill a minimum of 3 shifts (per program they are in). This can be any combination of student shifts and adult shifts. Adult shifts can be filled by parents, other adult family members, friends, etc.
There will always be a minimum of 2 adults for each shift
Students should wear their program tee shirts (Choir polos, Band/color guard/choir tee shirts) with jeans or other pants in good condition (no holes – even if you bought them that way). Adults should dress in “nice casual” attire. No sweat pants, tank tops, overly revealing clothing, etc. Aprons will be provided during the shifts.
No food or drinks at the booth (other than water bottles), so please plan to eat before or after the shift.
Shifts will initially be grouped by program (each day will be assigned to either Band/Color Guard, Choir, or Dance); on December 6th, the schedule will be open for anyone to sign up for any days that still have shifts.
Fundraising credit is assigned based on how many shifts are worked per program.
CANCELLATION: Once you have signed up, if you have to cancel a shift, please try to get someone else to fill it. SHIFTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS of the shift. If you have an emergency or urgent situation that requires you to cancel withing 48 hours of a shift, please contact Erin ASAP at (760) 566-8440 and let her know if you have someone else who can fill in for you.
We appreciate their generous support as well as the time donated by SPHS Music Department students, families, and friends to help make this fundraiser a huge success!. If you have any questions, please contact Erin Fullerton (erin.fullerton@yahoo.com).
